Returns for Exchange Only

If you encounter any issues or have specific concerns, we may consider exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Items eligible for exchange must be unused and in their original condition.

Conditions for Exchanges

Any items intended for exchange must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags attached. Returns or exchanges with damages, soiling, or alterations may not be accepted and could be returned to the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand by the quality of our work. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to replace it. Exchanges for damaged or defective items will be processed accordingly.
